Well, that's twenty pages worth of paper writing done. Around five in the morning, I was blinking at my computer screen and trying to think of an elegant way to phrase the conception that angels were too holy to properly shit.

And then I got stuck on which victory cry to use for when I finished the papers )

Who the hell was it that gave me Sufjan Steven's "The Transfiguration"? [livejournal.com profile] twigcollins, was it you?

Also, [livejournal.com profile] kadrin mentioned to me that when I put up Nirvana's "Heart Shaped Box" for the second Utena music post, it was actually Garbage's "Malibu." Y'all gotta tell me these things, you know? In any case, I'm quite sorry, and so here is the correct song.

I have this hypothesis about my campus.

There was a cut here it's gone now )

In absolutely unrelated news, it's customary for our various sports teams to play music while they practice. Nothing unusual about that-- we hear a lot of mixes that the players have obviously made, some good and some bad. But for four times running now, I have been sitting at my desk and have heard through the window, the baseball team playing O-Zone's "Dragostea Din Tei." [livejournal.com profile] twigcollins was a witness to this once.

We have the gayest baseball team ever. It's wonderful.
