I'm not against the Atkins diet, I just think it's odd. Another chunk of commentary on After the Fall.

I always know when my roommate has pulled an all-nighter studying because I go downstairs and check the television-- if she stayed up, the television is on the French channel so she can have background noise.
Next week looks to be crunch week for work. I went to the library (because I wished to research deliberately) for books on Edward Abbey and Joseph Krutch. As it always happens, I walked out with only one of the books I needed and an armload of extras-- this time, the Owen biography, a collection of critical essays on fairy tales, and one of Renault's early romances. Damn you, whoever has Monkey Wrench Gang, I need that book and yesterday.
Rare rec: Peace Unto by losselen. Ender's Game, Ender/Alai but barely. Don't be scared.
Making new blog layout. I can't decide wether to go for the nice but somewhat bland image, or the striking but somewhat disgusting image. I think the main thing in my mind is how long I can look at it before it'll start to bother me.
I feel like there's more to say except there's not, really. Our campus store is full of Easter candy, but there's still chocolate Santas and even the occasional Snickers bar with a pumpkin on it.
Time to go to bed, except Louise is sprawled on mine. She looks so sad. She has a linear algebra test tomorrow, I shall expect to find the French Channel on.
