Oysters are God's snot. There's no other explaining something so revered and yet nasty at the same time.
And the After the Fall commentary is done. Tomorrow, expect a really long blathering entry on Acquired Taste and Ordinary Life, as a switch from the paragraph by paragraph mode.
( All there is to do now is to hope and wait. )
Went to see Matrix: Revolutions again, as it was playing on campus. I had a good time, despite the sound speakers being on the fritz-- there was so much reverb, everybody sounded like they were speaking from the bottom of a seventy-foot well. Query: at the end, when Neo is fighting Smith and he gets thrown into the building, is that the dojo from the first building where Morpheus was showing Neo how to fight? It sure looked similar. And does anyone know the name of the girl with the crewcut, awesome upper body, and the bazooka? I couldn't catch it because of the sound system. Cas?
I don't care if it makes me a Bourgeois-Pig-Philistine, I liked it and wiggled in glee during the fight scenes and the long dramatic slow-mo's and the rain and so forth. And I continue to be charmed by Seraph and Ghost, and still mourn the Keymaker. There were lots of things to make me feel justified for spending $8.75 on it the first time.
A week from now, I will be in Rome. Or, winging over the ocean en route to Rome. Either way, I am terrified.
It's been a while since I checked my pitas page for strange hits. I pulled it up today, and was vaguely disappointed by the lack of weirdness-- mostly just your typical run of the mill pr0n hits and a few other things. I culled a handful of ones that I haven't seen before.
( At least the season for Santa Clause 2 Bernard fanfiction is over... )
New icon. Alex and his droogs, very tiny but I have a poster of that scene of them in silhouette and I've always loved it.
In closing, the downside to this house having only one bathroom is that there's nowhere to go if it's currently being used for sexual purposes. The sink is full of dishes and there aren't even any large houseplants.
