Because frankly, I loathe the undead
Jul. 5th, 2005 11:23 pmWhenever I'm in a bitch-ass mood, I tend to not blog. I was rereading my journal after a comment someone made about how I seem like a very happy person in general, and I reckon that while I'm not unhappy, I'm certainly not eligible to join the Happy McNeverDown Club any time soon. Thing is, I have this vague concern about maintaining drama levels-- is it more melodramatic to make vague, ominous reference to things that bother you, or to say nothing at all and emerge from periods of silence? Or is it better to be very direct about it? You can't play the vague "I'm taking a break now, please don't expect to hear from me for a while so I can find myself but I'll really be back in a week or so" card too often. It uses up way too much mana.
But, meatworld concerns and such can wait for tomorrow, as well as discussion of swimming pool hijinks.
Today's music post theme is actually pretty simple-- songs sung in something other than English. (There is a surfeit of themes, really. I should do one last FFVIII one, an instrumental one or two, songs that cheer you up no matter what, songs to write fight scenes to, songs to have creepy love scenes to...) Anyhow. For sample purposes only, twenty-four hours and then delete, support the artists, and all that disclaimer crap.
( Non-English Music Post )
And off to bed.
