It's summer, and I still have that knee-jerk reaction that I should be going back to school. Probably I'll have it for years to come, and the very year it ceases will be the year that I decide to finally haul ass to graduate school, and my internal season monitor will be screwed coming and going once again. Anyway. I like summer. I have a lot of summer music, and so that was a no-brainer for this post.
All mp3s are for testing purposes only, delete after twenty four hours, support the artists, now let's all go drink a mojito. Or a mint julep. Or my stunningly brilliant invention of the mint-and-bourbon-milkshake. Naz drovie!
( Music Post: summer time, and the livin's easy )
Someday, I will commit to trying to be interesting again, or at least finding interesting things and riding their coat-tails to glory. In the coming weeks I intend to:
-Finish editing and post new Pale Sky chapter
-Fly to San Diego for work, hassle cardiologists
-Hail some taxis
-Train to Los Angeles for fun, visit non-crazy family members and avoid the crazy ones
-Fly home without getting redirected to Las Vegas
-Attend annual work picnic
-Get through second crazy, crazy Czech-American wedding festivities without fire or mass murder.
-Write something not related to work
-Stop having aneurysms over Crisis Core
I foresee more wacky Czech hijinks! In the meantime, it's easier to just wave my hand in a languid fashion and call for another mint-bourbon milkshake. Or a pumpkin spice latte.
( FF7, Stupid crossovers, and Catholicism )
Where did August go, anyway?
